How to Order Wholesale
Wholesale Ordering with Sundrenched Australia is easy. Just browse our extensive range of quality goods, then add to cart. Follow the step-by-step checkout process and check your delivery address and contact details.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and we will pick and pack your order.
Please do not Pay at this point, as we must calculate freight/sending costs.
We will phone you with a grand total for your order, and we will also email an invoice to you that includes freight costs.
If by chance we are short delivering your order due to being out of stock, or not enough stock to complete your order, we will add this as a "back order" and this will appear at the bottom of your invoice. We don't generally hold you to the back orders, however, we may contact you to inform you that that product is back in stock.
Payment of Wholesale Orders
Sundrenched Australia provides four payment options:
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, simply contact us immediately.
Out of Stock Items
We endeavour to have your item in stock, however sometimes that item will run out or we don't have enough to fulfill your order. We will inform you when we email your invoice to you, as the out of stock items will appear at the bottom of the invoice as a "Backorder". We may contact you when the items are back in stock or upon your next order.
Freight and Packaging
We use Fastway Couriers, Startrack and Australia Post (E-Parcel or Express Post)
If you have an Account with a different Freight Company, please let us know the Company name & your Account Number and we will endeavour to send via this method. Please note that we can't guarantee the services of these other Freight Companies.
International Postage
For overseas customers, we use International Express Post.
For New Zealand Customers, we have a great rate with Australia Post that we can take advantage of to lower the landed costs.
International Customs Duty and Taxes
In some countries, Local Customs Duties and/or Goods and Service Taxes(GST or VAT) may be applicable to your delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees upon the goods arriving in the country. Please check with your relevant Countries laws regarding payable Taxes.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible when the order has been confirmed and paid in full. Please allow 1 to 10 working days for delivery depending on your location and the Freight method used.
If the order is received before 2pm (Mon-Fri), and if payment has been received, your order will generally be available to leave the same day, otherwise, it will be despatched the next working day.
If there are any delays on your order, then we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of any delays.
Returns Policy
The Sundrenched Australia philosophy is 'customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered or there is something wrong with an item, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of the issue and we will let you know how we can deal with it.
For Faulty items, we must authorise the return and inform you how to return it. We may issue a credit note straight away or we may wait until we get the items back.

All returned items must be unused and still have the swing tags intact..
No returns accepted after 60 days from purchase.
