SHIPPING
- We will calculate your freight charges after we have picked and packed your order. This freight charge will appear at the bottom of the invoice we email to you.
- Ground shipping take between 1 to 10 business days depending on location and freight method used.
- In-store collection available within 1 day.
- Express Post delivery options also available. Please let us know if you require Express Post shipping. (especially for rural and country Customers)
- We use a variety of Couriers including Fastway Couriers, Startrack and Australia Post(E-Parcel). We try to get the most cost effective rates for you depending on location and total weight of your order.

If you wish to use your own Courier account, please contact your freight company for a pick up and advise us of which company will be collecting your order. We will be able to provide you with the dimensions and weight of the box/boxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Sundrenched Australia philosophy is 'customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered or there is something wrong with an item, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of the issue and we will let you know how we can deal with it.
For faulty items, we must authorise the return and inform you how to return it. We may issue a credit note straight away or we may wait until we get the items back.

All returned items must be unused and still have the swing tags intact.
No returns accepted after 60 days from purchase.
Due to health regulations, all goods must be returned unworn and clean with the tags attached to the garment. Please note that there are no exceptions to this health regulation rule.
RETURNED ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER.
Please include a copy of the original invoice OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchanges you require.
